Staying Healthy.

My Thoughts.

The human body is an amazing creation. The way all these different elements work together is fascinating to me. It’s to bad that we’re destroying this precious piece of flesh by consuming things that aren’t good for us.

Can you imagine how the brain is able to tell your hands and feet what to do simultaneously? Then an addition to that, we are able to bring another human being into this world through penetration.

This is why we really need to take our health seriously. We need to avoid the things that will affect our health like smoking, drinking and consuming the types of food that isn’t healthy for us.

When we make smarter decisions we can live a longer and productive life.

Things I do to try to stay healthy.

  • I have to stay committed to my routine.
  • I listen to motivation videos as much as possible.
  • I take days off and rest my body at least twice a week.
  • Remind myself that if I don’t take care of myself no one else will.
